How we do it

PRE-VACUUM
Our Technicians will pre-vacuum all carpet before they commence cleaning. This is done using an industrial vacuum cleaner. This vacuum cleaner has a high speed rotary beater brush which brings all soiling and any foreign objects up from the bottom of the pile and removes them.

PRE-SPRAY AND DEODOURISING

The Technicians will pre-spray the carpet using a unique product “Turbo-dry soil release” This is a specially formulated non-toxic product which suspends the soil and then allows it to be removed easily using the specialised dry or steam cleaning methods. Also included with the pre-spray is our unique odour-absorber deodoriser which not only covers the odour but absorbs and eliminates the source of the odour.

STAIN TREATMENT
All individual stains will be treated using a wide range of specialised stain removers, which are all non-toxic. These include tea and coffee removers, red wine remover, rust remover, solvents to remove paints, lipsticks, ink and chewing gum. We also use a specially formulated protein remover to remove milk and food stains.

In addition to these we utilize a specialized browning treatment to remove water marks caused by pot plants and flood damage.
*Please note: Not all stains are removable, however at Pure Dry we guarantee that if we can’t remove a stain that no one else will be able to remove it either.

CARPET DRY CLEANING
The newest dry cleaning method has been embraced by Pure Dry as it gives our clients the most thorough clean. It will leave the carpets feeling soft and looking great.

An added bonus is not having to wait days for your carpets to dry, you can walk on them right away and they will be completely dry in 2 hours. The dry cleaning method does not cause any shrinkage or buckling of the carpet and is especially recommended on wool carpets.

STEAM CLEANING

At Pure Dry we are happy to offer our clients Steam Cleaning as well as Dry Cleaning, our steam cleaning units are state of the art, utilizing European machinery which have high suction intake and twin spray jets for a professional steam clean.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Our qualified technicians specialise in cleaning all types of upholstery, using either the steam or dry cleaning methods. Even specialised fabrics such as cotton, indian cotton and tapestry can be effectively cleaned without being damaged or discoloured.

CURTAIN AND VERTICAL BLIND CLEANING
Another area of expertise is our unique curtain and vertical blind cleaning, this is done with out pulling curtains or blinds down.
Our unique formula allows us to clean curtains and blinds without shrinkage or buckling.

This warranty covers you against staining, wearing and fading from sunlight for 3 years from the date of application.
